On September 10th my husband and I found out we are expecting parents! We have been trying for a while now and are very excited! I am due May 12, 2010. This "weight loss" blog will be home for my pregnancy progress and become more of a "weight gain" blog over the next 9 months. I plan to continue to eat properly and track my food intake with the help of a health care professional. The healthier I am now, the healthier my baby will be.. also I will experience an easier delivery and recovery process.
